These Terms of Use govern access to the VILIBRI ONE website and the services provided by FOP Georgiieva Liudmyla Oleksandrivna (VILIBRI ONE), EDRPOU 2521711984, located at Mykoly Vashchuka St. 20, Vinnytsia, Vinnytsia region, Ukraine, 21029.

Service Description
VILIBRI ONE provides B2B services for manual verification and correction of OCR-recognized data (Human-in-the-Loop). We specialize in processing invoices and other financial documents. Our services include: process audit and assessment; pilot testing; regular data processing in accordance with SLA. Specific service terms are defined in an individual contract.
User Rights and Obligations
- provide only data and documents they have the right to process;
- timely notify about changes in processing requirements;
- comply with contract terms and pay for services on time.
- receive services in accordance with SLA;
- contact the manager on any issues;
- initiate changes in the scope of services by mutual agreement;
Intellectual Property
All website materials, logo, data processing methods and processes are the intellectual property of VILIBRI ONE. Documents and data transferred by the client for processing remain the exclusive property of the client. Processing results (corrected data) are transferred to the client in full after payment for services.
Limitation of Liability
VILIBRI ONE makes maximum efforts to ensure the accuracy of data verification. However, we are not liable for: indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our work results; errors caused by the client providing incorrect or incomplete input data; force majeure circumstances. The maximum liability of VILIBRI ONE is limited to the cost of services for the corresponding billing period.
Termination of Services
Either party may initiate termination of cooperation in accordance with the terms of the contract. VILIBRI ONE reserves the right to suspend services without notice in case of a gross violation of these Terms or the contract by the client. After the end of cooperation, all documents transferred by the client are deleted or returned in accordance with the NDA terms.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms as needed. The current version is always available on this page with the date of last update. For active clients, significant changes are communicated separately. By continuing to use our services after changes are published, you automatically accept the updated Terms.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ukraine. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be resolved in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine. For clients from the European Union, the relevant provisions of the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) and other applicable EU regulations also apply.
